SHIPPING & RETURNS

SHIPPING POLICY

All orders are processed within 1-2 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays. If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in shipment of your order, we will contact you via email or telephone.

Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates:

Standard Shipping: Estimated delivery time is 3-5 business days.

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

 

Shipment Confirmation & Order Tracking:

 

You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24 hours.

Customs, Duties, and Taxes:

 

Kit Pro is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).

Damages:

 

Kit Pro is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier to file a claim. Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.

RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY

We offer a 7-day return policy on all items purchased from our store, except for those explicitly marked as non-returnable. The 7-day period is calculated from the date of delivery.

To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, and in its original packaging. You must also provide a receipt or proof of purchase.

The following items cannot be returned:

  • Gift cards

  • Any item not in its original condition, damaged, or missing parts for reasons not due to our error

 

Process for Returns:

  • Contact Us:
    To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team via email or phone (contact details on our website). You will need to provide your order number and details of the item you wish to return.

  • Return Approval:
    Once your return is reviewed and approved, we will send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without prior approval will not be accepted.

  • Shipping:
    You are responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

  • Inspection of Return:
    Upon receiving the returned item, we will inspect it and notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund based on the condition of the item.

  • Refund Process:
    If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within a certain amount of days.

 

Exchanges:

 

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange an item for the same one, follow the return process and specify in your communication that you would like an exchange.

Late or Missing Refunds:

 

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company; it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Next, contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
